After choosing to work with us on your project, we begin the exciting task of transforming your space. During this process, we make it a major point to coordinate with you about how the project will progress. Each client will have direct access to the builder that will be managing their project. You can call, message, or e-mail us when needed. We understand a renovation can be a difficult process on home life schedules and will therefore work closely with you to minimize that impact. We also understand this is your home before it’s a construction site. That’s why we take an adequate amount of time at the end of each work day to clean appropriately before we leave.
Aside from the practical matters, something that makes us stand out from the rest is the atmosphere we bring to a project. Our team members genuinely enjoy what they do and it shows. We know home renovation projects can be a great experience for everyone involved when consideration, approachability, integrity, and professionalism are the foundation we start from. What will the strategy development process
be like?
When applicable, we will set up a consultation to meet you at your house, view the space and discuss the project with you in detail. During this time, we will listen to your vision and come up with a plan for how that can be properly brought to fruition. If you need some help creating your vision, our professionals can certainly help. For specific material selections, we also have well-developed relationships with our distributors who are happy to assist by showing you the options in their beautiful showrooms. We will then provide you with a fully itemized quote for our services that is good for 90 days.
What materials does CLS use?
We are constantly surveying the market and staying abreast of the products offering the highest performance ratings in their category. There are often many materials we utilize beyond the “general” scope of tile that we would inform you about if they are applicable. For more information on tile specific products please look here.
What warranty will CLS give me?
For tile installation, we offer you a two year warranty against cracking tile, cracking grout, and malfunctioning of installed waterproofing systems (if ways and means defined by CLS are followed). Warranty is transferable to a new owner. Your tile specific materials have manufacturer warranty of 10 to 25 years when installed by a certified professional like CLS. If you ever encounter a problem, our professional installers will promptly come to your house and assess and correct the issue.

We provide you with our warranty because we are fully confident our products will stand the test of time. Our goal as a company has always been to be quality driven. Every layer of a tile application is critical and deserves the proper attention it needs to function effectively within the system. The methods we utilize are tried and true. We take our time to ensure every aspect of the project meets the ANSI standards for installation before progressing forward. In the end, the finished product rests upon a rock solid foundation of quality craftsmanship and that is something we are happy to stand behind.
